Litigation attorneys Mark Stiller and Christopher Wolf will present on the topic of “Spotting Liars Through Examinations Under Oath” on September 12, 2018, in Baltimore, MD, at the International Association of Special Investigation Units (IASIU) 2018 Seminar & Expo, offering real-life examples of examinations under oath to discuss methods of spotting evidence of deception.

Mark Stiller is a Partner in the Litigation Department of Niles, Barton & Wilmer, LLP, concentrating in general liability, property insurance law, subrogation, and first party fraud investigations, which includes conducting examinations under oath and filing of declaratory judgment actions in State and Federal Court. His experience includes the investigation and litigation of various coverage issues, including arson and fraud investigations in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
Christopher Wolf is a Partner in the Litigation Department of Niles, Barton & Wilmer, LLP, representing insurers in insurance coverage interpretations, first party fraud investigations, which includes conducting examinations under oath and filing of declaratory judgment actions in State and Federal Court, as well as third-party litigation. His experience includes fraud investigation, such as arson and staged auto occurrences, and tort defenses. He has presented to various insurance companies on fraud issues and other topics in insurance law in Maryland and Pennsylvania.
