Niles Barton Construction Associate Authors Maryland Construction Law Deskbook

Niles Barton is pleased to annouce the release of the Maryland Construction Law Deskbook. Construction Associate Tracy Steedman authored "Green Construction", the fifteenth chapter of the book. Published by the Maryland State Bar Association, the book is designed to serve as a reference tool for those in the construction industry.

Ms. Steedman represents owners, general contractors, subcontractors and design professionals in all areas of construction-related issues, including contract drafting and negotiation and pre-litigation dispute resolution. She handles all phases of civil litigation in state and Federal courts, including motions practice, arising primarily from complex commercial construction disputes, including mechanics’ liens, trust fund and prompt payment issues, impact and delay claim analysis, construction defects, bid protests and warranty issues on public and private projects.
