Niles Barton’s Bambi Stevens will be moderating the Maryland State Bar Association’s Construction Law Committee panel discussion on Advanced Alternative Dispute Resolution in Complex Construction Disputes. This panel will address effective strategies for mediation and arbitration. The panelists will discuss different approaches to alternative dispute resolution and provide an insider’s view of what works and what does not.
