Niles Barton Expands Real Estate Practice
Baltimore, MD – June 29, 2010 – Michael H. Mannes will be joining Niles, Barton and Wilmer, LLP (www.nilesbarton.com) as a Partner in the law firm’s Real Estate group on July 1, 2010. Mannes’ real estate practice includes the development and creation of condominium and planned unit developments and representation condominium and homeowners’ associations and cooperatives in the areas of dispute resolution, construction and governance issues. Prior to joining Niles Barton, Mannes was a solo practitioner for 9 years.

A long time resident of Baltimore, Mannes graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law.
Joining Mannes in the move will be Alicia D. Stewart as an associate and Heather M. Dunn as a paralegal. Stewart and Dunn both graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2009, and have been working with Mannes since May 2008 and November 2009, respectively.
