Mr. Hollimon is an associate attorney in the Litigation Department of Niles, Barton & Wilmer, LLP. Mr. Hollimon’s civil litigation practice involves general commercial litigation, employment law and insurance defense matters. Mr. Hollimon currently practices before the state and federal courts in Maryland.

Mr. Hollimon also represents individuals and companies in criminal investigations in various courts throughout Maryland including the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. His criminal law services include general defense of criminal cases in state and federal courts, domestic-violence related criminal offenses, drug and alcohol-related driving offenses, and white collar criminal defense.

Previously, Mr. Hollimon has served as attorney in the Maryland Office of the Public Defender. Mr. Hollimon has served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Judge Herman C. Dawson of the Seventh Circuit Court for Prince George's County, Maryland, and the Honorable Sheila Tillerson Adams of the Circuit Court for Prince George's County, Maryland. He is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the J. Franklyn Bourne Bar Association Inc., a National Bar Association affiliate committed to the advancement of African-American attorneys in Prince George's and Montgomery Counties in Maryland.

He is active in the community and has been recognized as a “Rising Star” for his work with an educational program in Maryland that supervises mentoring and tutoring sessions for at-risk teenage youth. He currently serves as the faculty supervisor for an internship course for the University of Baltimore called “Court Navigator Program,” a pilot program that assists in providing assistance in civil legal cases heard at Baltimore City District Court mostly focused on tenant-landlord issues and debt collection. The court navigators are undergraduate, graduate and law students trained in providing basic guidance in the court process.
