Matthew L. Kimball, Partner


Mr. Kimball is Chairman of the firm's Real Estate Department. His practice includes real estate, real estate finance, leasing, property management, green building, and real estate-related environmental law. He is a LEED Accredited Professional, and is Chair of the Legislation Committee of the US Green Building Council - Maryland Chapter.  He is a frequent contributor to The Daily Record, Real Estate Finance and other journals, writing on leasing, property management and other real estate issues. Mr. Kimball is the co-author of the text Property Manager's Guide to Commercial Real Estate Law , published by the BOMI Institute. Mr. Kimball is a Fellow of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys.

Mr. Kimball was also recognized as a top attorney in real estate by Maryland SuperLawyers from 2008 - 2012.
