Diane E. DiBlasio

Diane E. DiBlasio regularly counsels international insurance companies, Lloyd’s syndicates, and domestic carriers on a broad range of complex insurance coverage matters, with an emphasis on commercial crime coverage, commercial general liability, transactional liability, property and business interruption, errors and omissions, and bad faith including extra contractual issues. She also serves as counsel in coverage litigation and other matters pending in state and federal courts across the DMV and New York.

Diane draws on her years’ of experience representing and counseling insurers on a broad range of issues to represents leading domestic and international carriers, as well as a significant number of syndicates in the world's leading specialist insurance market: Lloyd's of London. She works with underwriters, brokers, managing general agents and third-party administrators to work through first-party insurance matters and third-party/liability matters, including Representations & Warranty (W&I) claims and coverage disputes, Commercial Crime claims, and Property claims.

In addition to her professional work, Diane is the firm’s Hiring Partner and Co-Chair of the Women’s Committee.
