Emily N. Donahoe concentrates her practice in general insurance coverage litigation, providing legal counsel and advice to insurance companies, brokers and businesses regarding property insurance, insurance claims, coverage, and defense.
Prior to joining Niles, Barton & Wilmer, LLP Emily served as an attorney and policy expert at National Wildlife Federation, focusing on hazard mitigation, disaster resilience, and insurance matters. Emily attended The George Washington University Law School, where she contributed to the Rising for Justice Housing Advocacy and Litigation Clinic and Journal of Energy and Environmental Law (JEEL). Additionally, Emily has experience working with both the Federal Emergency Management Agency and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
