Timothy Bambrick is a seasoned litigator bringing decades of trial experience to the firm’s first party insurance clients.

Timothy navigates complex coverage disputes for insurance companies in first party property claims, specializing in catastrophic commercial losses and business interruption claims.  He has extensive experience in cause and origin investigations and has spent years working alongside top experts, including fire investigators, engineers, and architects. He has also handled thousands of investigations of suspicious insurance claims, involving arson, theft, and other insurance fraud.  Timothy is a stalwart of the firm’s subrogation practice and has recovered multi-millions for his insurance company clients.
