Mia B. Bodell concentrates her practice in general insurance coverage litigation, construction defects, premises liability cases, related first party insurance matters and commercial litigation.
Prior to joining Niles, Barton & Wilmer, Mia served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Anthony F. Vittoria of the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. While in law school, Mia was a student attorney for the International Human Rights Law Clinic, and worked at the National Nuclear Security Administration, The Nature Conservancy, and The Williams Institute at UCLA School of Law. She was also Editor-in-Chief of the Refugee Law & Migration Studies Brief and Communications Chair for the Environmental Law Society.
