Niles, Barton & Wilmer, LLP is seeking a litigation associate attorney to join our Baltimore, Maryland office. This position requires an attorney who is self-motivated and is able to flourish in a fast-paced environment. A Maryland bar license and 1+ years of civil litigation experience is preferred. Applicants awaiting admission to the Maryland bar or scheduled to sit for an upcoming bar examination may also be considered. Our practice is multi-jurisdictional, and preference may be given to candidates who are licensed to practice in at least one of the following jurisdictions: District of Columbia, Pennsylvania or Virginia. Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills required. Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience, range $100,000 to $150,000 plus potential bonus.

Niles, Barton & Wilmer, LLP is seeking an insurance coverage associate attorney to join our Baltimore, Maryland office. A Maryland bar license and 1+ years of experience handling insurance coverage matters is preferred.

The position requires a candidate  who is self-motivated, with excellent writing and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have experience analyzing insurance policies and other contracts, preparing coverage opinions and drafting reservations and disclaimers. Our practice is multi-jurisdictional, and preference may be given to candidates who are licensed to practice in Delaware. Strong organizational and communication skills are required. An undergraduate degree or experience in finance and/or accounting is a plus. Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience, range $100,000 to $150,000 plus potential bonus.
