Melody McGrath concentrates her practice in insurance coverage litigation, property insurance law, and commercial litigation. 

Melody’s practice includes matters involving representations and warranties insurance in the mergers and acquisitions context. She is an experienced advisor and trial attorney who has handled numerous cases throughout the state and federal courts in Maryland. She has broad litigation experience involving commercial construction contracts, government procurement, employment and discrimination claims, as well as privacy and disclosure law matters.

Melody currently practices solely in the State of Maryland and has previously practiced as a Barrister and Solicitor in Fiji, advising local and overseas clients on matters related to contract formation, foreign investment, and corporate governance and structuring. She is also a non-practising Solicitor in England and Wales.  Melody completed a judicial clerkship for Judge Dale R. Cathell (retired) of the Maryland Court of Appeals.
