Niles Barton named by Baltimore Magazine as a Best Place To Work in 2012

Niles Barton is proud to announce that it has been named to Baltimore Magazine's list of the "25 Best Places To Work" in Baltimore. The firm, one of only two law firms listed, is noted for prioritizing "work-life balance with a particular emphasis on developing women leaders and not penalizing then for being mothers".  The full piece can be viewed here.

Baltimore Magazine is America's oldest city magazine, celebrating Baltimore since 1907. The organization conducted independent research to find a couple of dozen great firms out of the hundreds that were nominated. The firms that make the list are workplaces that employees really want to roll out of bed for, ones with a bright future, and with serious rewards, be they financial, in the form of perks, or intellectual gratification.
