Women's Committee Spotlight: Brittany E. Perry, Esq.

This month's Niles Barton Women's Committee Spotlight focuses on Brittany E. Perry, Esq., an associate attorney in the litigation group.

Prior to joining the firm in 2021, Brittany practiced as as claimant’s attorney, representing injured workers in their worker’s compensation cases. On an almost daily basis, she zealously advocated for her clients at administrative hearings, honing her oral advocacy. In addition, a great deal of her practice was devoted to civil litigation, which gave her ample opportunity to research and write.

“I always knew I would be an attorney from a young age. My dad was an attorney, and he was my idol. I loved to argue and was always trying to find the loophole or weakness in someone else’s argument.” In joining Niles, Brittany brings these skills to a practice where she specializes in general commercial litigation, insurance coverage, property and insurance law, and subrogation.
