George Reede and David Stallings Extend Practices into VirginiaNiles Barton congratulates partner, George E. Reede, Jr., and associate, M. David Stallings, on passing the Virginia State Bar. This accomplishment will allow them to better serve their clients as they extend the legal services they offer into Virginia.
Mr. Reede has been with Niles Barton for over twenty years and is licensed to practice law in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. His litigation practice focuses on insurance coverage issues, including property, liability, subrogation, and fraud. He regularly speaks and writes about ethics, claims analysis, and insurance fraud detection. Mr. Reede earned is J.D. from the Washington and Lee University School of Law and his B.A. with high honors from Cedarville College.
Mr. Stallings focuses his litigation practice on commercial, contractual, and insurance matters. His experience also includes estate administration, creditor's rights and family law. He is licensed to practice law in Maryland and Virginia. Mr. Stallings earned his J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law and his B.S from the University of Richmond.
