Michele Hayes Selected to Living Classroom Foundation 2018 Rising Stars Program

Michele Hayes, Esq., an associate attorney in the Litigation Department at Niles, Barton & Wilmer, LLP, was recently selected by the Living Classrooms Foundation and the Baltimore Business Journal to the Living Classrooms Foundation’s 2018 Rising Stars, a local program aimed at engaging young professionals in philanthropy and raising awareness about the important work of Living Classrooms. The Rising Stars award recognizes outstanding young leaders for their achievements and philanthropic efforts.

In accepting this distinction, Michele has committed to raise money to help Living Classrooms Foundation fulfill its mission of providing hands-on education and job training to underserved youth and adults in the Baltimore and Washington, D.C. area. Michele represents clients in general commercial litigation, professional liability, insurance coverage and property insurance law matters before federal and state courts in Maryland, Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia. Michele also represents business clients involved in business disputes. Michele is a member of the American Bar Association, the Maryland State Bar Association, and the Bar Association of Baltimore City’s Membership and Public Service Committees. She is also a member of Maryland Defense Counsel and DRI, a bar association of defense attorneys.
