Robert P. O’Brien Receives “Best Lawyers in America” Honors

Niles, Barton & Wilmer, LLP congratulates Robert P. O’Brien, a partner in the litigation department who was recently selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® 2013 in the area of Admiralty & Maritime Law and Franchise Law. Robert P. O’Brien has been listed in Best Lawyers since 2010. He has been practicing for over 30 years concentrating on admiralty and maritime law and defense of claims in commercial litigation, as well as claims involving commercial contract disputes. Mr. O'Brien has been a proctor member of the Maritime Law Association of the United States since 1981 and he is currently a member of the MLA's Maritime Torts and Casualties Committee.
