Mr. Stallings’ practice focuses on estate and trust planning, estate administration, and litigation. He regularly handles probate issues throughout the various Orphans’ Courts in Maryland. In addition, Mr. Stallings’ litigation background makes him uniquely qualified to handle conflicts that can arise within probate and other fiduciary matters. In that same vein, Mr. Stallings assists private individuals, association clients and business owners with navigating commercial disputes and other business-related conflicts. He is an experienced advisor and trial attorney who has handled numerous cases throughout the state and federal courts in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. 

Mr. Stallings also serves as the firm’s Hiring Partner and serves on the firm’s Marketing Committee.
