Ms. Austin practices in the areas of estate planning and estate and trust administration.

Ms. Baker is a Partner in the Corporate/Commercial Department. She represents business clients in full range of matters, including entity formation and modification, owner agreements, contract review and negotiation, and, in particular, trademark and copyright issues.

Mr. Bambrick's area of concentration is property insurance law. His experience includes investigation and litigation in various first party areas, including coverage disputes, arson and fraud investigation and subrogation. He is a member of the American Bar Association's Property Insurance Law Committee and the Loss Executives Association.

Mr. Bramble is Chairman of the firm's Estates and Trusts Department, and is former Managing Partner. In addition to estate planning, probate and trust administration, Mr. Bramble's practice includes corporate law.

Mr. Buckwalter joined Niles Barton in 2001 and is a partner in the litigation department, concentrating in insurance law, professional liability, general civil litigation, and employment law.

Mr. Curley practices in the Litigation Department, concentrating in commercial litigation, real estate litigation, maritime law, property insurance law, related first party insurance matters and general business litigation. Mr. Curley’s practice includes insurance law, construction law, tort defense and contract disputes. He also has extensive experience in subrogation.

Ms. Dunn is an attorney in the Real Estate Department.  Her practice includes the representation of condominium and homeowners' associations and cooperatives in the area of dispute resolution, construction, and governance issues.

Mr. Dykes is an Associate in the Litigation Department.  He concentrates his practice in Commercial Litigation, Complex Civil Litigation, Employment Law, Insurance Law, Products Liability, Regulatory and Transportation Defense.  Mr. Dykes has experience with all facets of litigation, including trial and appellate work, injunctive relief and complex mediations.

Mr. Fetterman practices in the Litigation Department, focusing on complex commercial, business, and contractual matters throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. He also has extensive experience successfully briefing and arguing appeals, including numerous cases before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

Mr. Finamore is a member of the firm's Management Committee and Compensation Committee. He is the Chair of the firm's Diversity Committee.

Mr. Kimball is Chairman of the firm's Real Estate Department. His practice includes real estate, real estate finance, leasing, property management, green building, and real estate-related environmental law.

Mr. Mannes is a member of the firm's Real Estate group.  His practice includes all phases of real estate with a concentration in the development and creation of condominium and planned unit developments; and representation of condominiums, homeowners' associations and cooperatives in the areas of dispute resolution, construction and governance issues.

Kimberly Hankins Neal is an associate in the Litigation Department. Ms. Neal's business litigation practice involves general commercial litigation, the defense of employment-related claims, construction law, and insurance defense within Maryland and the District of Columbia.

Mr. O'Brien's practice is focused upon the defense of claims in commercial litigation.

Effective coverage analysis involves knowing how to apply policy language to the unique facts of each case. George Reede, a partner with our firm, regularly advises insurers on a variety of coverage issues. Having co-authored a commercial property insurance policy, he has a unique perspective on insurance policy interpretation.

Mr. Roswell is the Chairman of the Litigation Department. He concentrates his practice on commercial litigation, including matters involving real estate.  His practice also includes property insurance law, first party insurance matters and the defense of general liability claims.  He is a member of the Law Firm Alliance [LFA] Lender Liability Litigation Subgroup.

Ms. Sallerson practices in the Litigation Department concentrating in insurance coverage litigation, property insurance law, and related first party insurance matters. Her experience includes all facets of insurance coverage litigation as well as defense of construction defect and general liability claims.

Mr. Scholz is a business lawyer with broad and deep experience in corporate and financial transactions including mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial law, including creditor's rights. Mr. Scholz serves on the Firm's Management Committee, and was Managing Partner for fifteen years. He is a member of the Law Firm Alliance [LFA] Lender Liability Litigation Subgroup.

Mr. Setty is an associate in the Litigation Department.  He practices in the areas of insurance coverage litigation, property insurance law, complex civil litigation and commercial litigation.

As the economic climate continues to evolve, clients of all sizes are facing challenges that require a multi-dimensional and oftentimes interdisciplinary approach.  Mr. Stallings has been able to offer our clients his expansive insight and experience in finding solutions for their ever-changing needs.

Ms. Steedman’s practice focuses primarily on commercial construction-related civil litigation. She represents institutional owners, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and design professionals, and municipalities in all areas of construction, including contract drafting and negotiation, pre-litigation dispute resolution, and all phases of civil litigation.

With a degree in architecture, Ms. Stevens focuses her legal practice in the areas of construction and surety law.  Her experience includes a wide variety of construction and surety-related matters, including contract review, mechanics' liens, construction defects, delay and impact claims, I-9 immigration compliance, performance and payment bond claims, and indemnification under general agreements of indemnity.

Ms. Stewart is an associate in the firm's Real Estate group.  Her practice includes the representation of condominium and homeowners' associations and cooperatives in the areas of dispute resolution, construction, and governance issues.

Mr. Stiller practices in the Litigation Department concentrating in general liability, property insurance law, related first party insurance law matters and subrogation. Mr.Stiller practices in the state courts of Maryland.

Mr. Talty is an Associate in the Litigation Department.  Before joining Niles Barton, he was a Law Clerk for the Honorable Michael J. Finifter at the Baltimore County Circuit Court in Towson, Maryland.

Ms. Thames practices in the litigation department, concentrating in general liability, professional liability, property insurance law, related first party insurance coverage matters and commercial litigation.

Mr. Wetzel practices in the areas of general business, commercial real estate and tax law. He obtained his law degree from the University of Illinois College of Law in 1985 after earning the degrees of Master of Accounting Science (1982) and Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (1981) from the University of Illinois. He also received a post-graduate LL.M. degree in Taxation from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1997.

Mr. Wharton has spoken extensively before industry-sponsored seminars on real estate related topics, and is the author of various nationally published articles on such topics. He is a director of a national title insurance company and is active in numerous civic organizations.

Mr. Williams is a Partner in the Estates and Trusts Department. His practice focuses on estate planning, business succession planning, estate and trust administration, and estate and gift taxation.

Mr. Wolf practices in the Litigation Department concentrating on property insurance law. His practice includes arson and insurance fraud investigation, Maryland condominium law, contract disputes, insurance law, and tort defenses. Mr. Wolf practices in the state and federal courts of Maryland and Pennsylvania.

Mr. Wothers is the Managing Partner at Niles, Barton & Wilmer. He practices in the Litigation Department concentrating in insurance coverage litigation, property insurance law, related first party insurance matters and commercial litigation. His experience includes investigation and litigation in various first party areas, including coverage disputes, arson and fraud investigations across North America.
